Swamini Lalitananda has joined Sri Omananda Swamiji
in a noble undertaking. Together, they are raising
money to house, feed, and educate over 252 children
in five different locations around India.

Sri Chowdappa Geetha Ashram
A home for the destitute orphan boys in Bangalore, India. Run by Sri Omananda Swamiji and Mata Lalitananda Swamiji, this home for boys was established in 1981 with only five boys. Currently, it houses over 135 boys with ages ranging from 5 to 25, living together with no cast or creed barriers.

Sri Swamiji, along with Mataji and their assistant Sri Mahadeva Sharma, conduct Sanskrit, Veda, and moral classes for their children in the mornings. Over 100 of the children attend nearby government-run schools. Over 30 have already completed grade school and are currently attending college. These older ones
also attend Sanskirt college in Chamarajpet.

 

 

 

Satyanarayana
Located in Kodehalli, Malur Taluk, Kolar District, this orphanage includes a goshala and houses 30 children along with 12 cows.

The Charles Suseela Old Age Home houses 110 poor, sick and dying ederly people
in Nidadavolu near Rajamundry, Andhra Pradesh. This home is run by Swamini Lalithananda Mataji and Dr. Vidula Kumari, a retired professor.

Much help is needed here for the sick and dying ederly people. They need medicine,
a special diet and a van for transportation to the hospital.

We appeal to kind and compassianate people to come forward and donate
to meet these needs.
